현재 특허는 각 나라나 또는 뮌헨에 위치한 EPO를 통해서 특허를 부여 받을 수 있따 EPO는 단일 출원절차를 가지고 있어 각 나라 특허청을 통한 출원에서 가지게 되는 여러 불편을 피할 수 있따 그러나 각 나라에서는 여전히 유럽특허가 각 나라에서 법률적으로 유효하기 위해서는 그들의 언어로 번역되는 것이어야 한다는 것을 주장하고 있따 게다가 분쟁의 경우에는 각 나라의 법원이 경합하게 되므로 15개의 서로 다른 법률절차와 서로 다른 결과를 갖게될 수 있따 현재 유럽에서의 번역료…(省略)
